Nineteen years after Tom Brady and Bridget Moynahan broke up, the former lovers reunited at son Jack Brady’s high school graduation.
The player posted a series of photos from his 18-year-old coming-of-age ceremony on Saturday, including a shot of himself and the Blue Bloods actress posing on either side of Jack.
“Watching Jack walk across the stage and graduate to the next chapter of his already impressive life was one of the proudest days of my life. You are above all an amazing son, brother, grandson, nephew and friend,” Tom, 48, exclaimed in the caption.
The footballer added that the way Jack shows up when no one is looking makes him “the happiest”.
“The love you gave our family and the fact that you still let us win one-on-one from time to time,” Tom said of what he loves most about his son.
“Whatever I pursue next, I’m sure I’ll succeed,” he continued. “Be kind. Be yourself. And know that your family and friends are always behind you cheering you on the loudest. Because you do the same for others. We love you.”
Other images from the carousel also include Tom smiling for the camera next to Jack and his two young children, Benjamin, 16, and Vivian, 13, whom the former Patriots star shares with ex-wife Gisele Bündchen, 45.
Tom and Moynahan, 55, first debuted a romantic relationship in 2004 before splitting in 2006.
“[They]amicably ended their three-year relationship a few weeks ago,” the model’s rep confirmed in December of the same year. “We ask that you respect and respect their privacy. We will refrain from making any further comment.”
In February 2007, the New York Post broke the news that Moynahan was pregnant.
At that point, Tom had already started dating Bündchen, and they married Bündchen in 2009.
In a 2023 interview with Vanity Fair, supermodel Moynahan said that Moynahan’s pregnancy was a “challenge” in her relationship with Brady, but that it ultimately “awakened[her]… desire to be a mother.”
Meanwhile, Moynahan married businessman Andrew Frankel in 2015.
In 2019, the “Las Vegas” alum gushed about her and Tom’s co-parenting abilities.
“We both found partners who not only supported us in raising the child, but who also loved our child as if it were his own,” she told People magazine at the time. “I don’t think you could ask for anything more than that. My son is surrounded by eternal love and grandparents, and that’s OK.”
However, by 2022, Tom and Bündchen claimed to have called it quits.
The former Victoria’s Secret Angel has since been dating Joaquin Valente.
Bündchen and her jiu-jitsu trainer first started dating in 2022 and gave birth to a son in February 2025.
The couple secretly married in December.
Tom has since been linked to Kim Kardashian and Irina Shayk in 2023, Brooks Nader in 2024, Sofia Vergara and Alix Earle in 2025, and Scooter Braun’s ex-wife Yael Cohen in March.
