New footage shows Britney Spears allegedly failing a breathalyzer test when she was arrested for drunk driving on March 4th.
Dashcam footage obtained by TMZ on Thursday showed the Grammy winner being questioned by a police officer before being handcuffed.
Spear can be heard asking police if they had her cell phone, and they claimed it was still in her wallet.
Page Six exclusively reported that multiple motorists called police after witnessing the “Toxic” songstress, 44, driving several vehicles “aggressively” and nearly “sliding” them in Ventura County.
In a 911 call, one person said, “I’m reporting someone driving erratically.”
The individual gave the dispatcher the location and described the BMW allegedly “weaving in and out of lanes” and “slamming on the brakes.”
“He almost skidded several cars. He was going fast. I’m worried he might hit someone,” the caller said.
A second caller reported a “possible drunk driver” in a black BMW and “nearly skidded three or four cars.”
Additionally, according to a police report obtained by Us Weekly, officers smelled a “distinctive odor of an alcoholic beverage” coming from inside Spears’ car.
The “Gimme More” singer allegedly told a police officer that she had eaten a mimosa a few hours earlier before bragging about her tolerance level.
“I’ll have four bottles of wine and I’ll be able to take care of you. I’m an angel,” she said.
Spears also claimed to have taken prescription drugs, including the mood stabilizer Lamictal, anticonvulsants, antidepressants Prozac, and Adderall.
“(Officers) found a brown purse containing a bottle of pills labeled ‘Adderall’ that was not prescribed to Spears,” the report states, adding that there was an empty wine glass in the car’s cup holder.
Spears also told officers that on a scale of 0 to 10, his level of alcohol consumption was “zero.” Additionally, she was unwilling to complete a field sobriety test.
However, this hitmaker passed several breathalyzer tests.
After her arrest, Spears entered a rehab facility in April, and her representative told Page Six that she is “focused on taking care of her health.”
Her lawyer, Michael Goldstein, accepted the “reckless” offer on Spears’ behalf on May 4.
Spears received an unofficial one-year trial grant and must complete three months of alcohol school, totaling 30 hours.
