We look forward to allowing fans around the world to experience what is shaping up to be one of the most unforgettable chapters in anime history.”
Bleach began as a manga serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump and has expanded into a global franchise spanning television, movies, video games, consumer products, and live events. The return of the series as “BLEACH: Millennium Blood War” has once again garnered worldwide attention, and the series has consistently ranked as one of the most-watched and most-discussed anime titles since its relaunch.
According to the official synopsis, the new film will take a new turn as the Thousand Year Blood War between Soul Reaper and Quincy draws to a close. Yuhabach, who has invaded the royal palace, confronts the Imperial Guard Knight Squad Zero, crushes the Zero Squad’s Bankai, and rushes into the Rei-King Grand Palace. Hyosube City gives Ichigo and his friends the task of protecting the Spirit King, but due to Juhabach’s deception, Ichigo defeats the Spirit King himself, causing distortion in the Three Realms. The 13 Royal Guards and the surviving Quincies march to the royal palace, which has become Waal Welt under Wandenreich’s control, and engage in a battle with the royal guards as Ichigo confronts Uryū’s true motives and Juhabach, who has been given omnipotent power.
