The Annecy Animation Film Festival is holding a series of events to commemorate its opening in 2026 and the opening of a vast new research institute, including a showcase for Leica, the studio behind “Coraline” and “The Boxtrolls,” and an exhibit dedicated to Ankama (“Cross Shrike”). Annecy is already considered one of the world’s leading animation festivals. Hulu’s “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” Heads to OC Hulu was scheduled to announce Wednesday that it has ordered a spinoff series, “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives: Orange County,” scheduled to air later this year.
