Nancy Grace finds another new home.
The recently obsessed veteran crime and judicial talk show host on Dr. Phil’s Merit Street Media Assistance TV network will launch a new season of “Crime Story with Nancy Grace” at FoxCope’s new subscription broadband outlet.
Released on August 21, Fox One aims to provide subscribers with a large portion of Fox Media Portfolio, from Sean Hannity’s Primetime Show on the Fox News Channel to Fox Sports’ postseason major league baseball. However, it appears to be ready to offer some surprises. Grace’s Program is a production studio that Fox Corp. acquired in February and is created in collaboration with Red Seat Ventures, which works with the personalities of Megyn Kelly, Bill O’Reilly and Tucker Carlson.
“We’re actually working with the Redsheet to identify specific video and audio podcasts that make sense to our audience,” Fox One CEO Pete Distad said at an August press conference. “If you start seeing some Red Sea ventures, that wouldn’t surprise me at all.”
New episodes of Grace’s program are presented five days a week, each running for 45-60 minutes. The episode will debut on Fox One before it becomes available on other platforms.
“Nancy Grace is one of the most fearless and respected voices of true crime,” said Reagan Feeney, senior vice president of content strategy and planning at Fox One, in a prepared statement. “Her passion for victim rights and merciless pursuit of justice have built a loyal audience across the platform. We are excited to bring a crime story to FOX One, where viewers can rely on Nancy’s powerful storytelling every night.”
Grace is best known for her days hosting primetime shows focused on court television and HLN crime and justice. “Crime Story: Drills into a single case. Grace will be joined by a rotating panel of guests that may include the victim’s family, the principal, and lawyers and journalists.
The program originally started in 2017 in a 20-minute format that evolved into video. Available only on Fox Nation streaming services from 2020 to 2023, the library of episodes is still there.
“We are now excited to see a crime story appearing on Fox One! Solving unsolved murders, finding missing people, especially children, and long-resurrected cases is my lifelong mission,” Grace said in a statement. “We are proud that our partners who promote our mission are always looking for justice.”
