Hilaria Baldwin showed off her slender physique in a skimpy bikini while sharing workout tips with fans on Instagram.
A video she shared on Saturday showed the 42-year-old yoga instructor, who has seven children with husband Alec Baldwin, 68, demonstrating a glute workout in her bathroom.
Baldwin wore a red twist-front halter bikini top, which she paired with red and white floral-print high-waisted bottoms. The “Baldwin” star accessorized with a silver necklace with a diamond cross pendant and diamond stud earrings.
“Back in this bathroom… let’s work your butt… this creates space between your butt and the back of your legs. 5-10 reps each… 3 sets,” Baldwin wrote in the caption.
In the video, Baldwin, who appears on Fox’s “Nations of the Damnedest,” places his hands on a bathroom counter and performs a series of exercises, including squats, kickbacks and lateral leg raises.
Baldwin’s fans praised the former “Dancing with the Stars” contestant in the comments section of her post.
“How many kids do you have and still have the courage to dress like this?!” one Instagram user wrote.
“That’s amazing!!” another person chimed in.
“Ok. Do you need like 7 kids to look like this?? Sign up!!,” one fan wrote.
“You are my inspiration woman!” one social media user commented, while another added: “Wow. Mother of 7 and still so healthy. That’s dedication.”

Baldwin and Alec first met in February 2011 at a New York City restaurant and began dating later that year. The couple announced their engagement in April 2012 and tied the knot two months later.
The couple went on to have daughters Carmen Gabriela (12), Maria Lucia (5), and Ilaria Catalina (3), and sons Rafael Tomas (11), Leonardo Angel (9), Romeo Alejandro (8), and Eduardo (5). Alec also has a daughter, Ireland, 30, with ex-wife Kim Basinger, 72.
Baldwin, who frequently shares workout videos on Instagram, previously released a fitness DVD, @Home with Hilaria Baldwin: Fit Mommy-to-Be Prenatal Yoga, and wrote a wellness book, The Living Clearly Method, in 2016.
The Yoga Vida founder recently returned from a summer vacation in Spain, but it was her first time traveling as the sole parent with her seven children.
Baldwin described the “endless chaos” she experienced crossing the Atlantic with her children without Alec, but also said the children were surprisingly well-behaved during the long flight.
Baldwin and Alec plan to pivot to spending future summers abroad in Spain and are selling their $20 million Hamptons estate.
On Sunday, Baldwin recalled her family’s recent trip in an Instagram post that included photos and videos featuring her children on a merry-go-round.
“I’m back in New York…still carrying a little piece of Spain with me…like falling asleep in random places during Sobremesa,” she wrote. “Home is not always the same place. It’s the people we love. I’m so grateful that the Baldwinites have been with me every step of the way.”
