Morgan Wallen doesn’t seem to be able to catch a break from his checkered Still the Problem tour.
The country singer suffered the injury Friday when he twisted his ankle while greeting fans during a stop at Michigan Stadium in Ann Arbor. Warren revealed on her Instagram Story that her left ankle bent at a painful angle while wearing sneakers.
The moment happened when the 33-year-old singer jumped while greeting fans before suddenly crashing to the ground. He quickly stood up but had to stagger away.
As soon as Warren was out of sight of the fans, he sat down on the floor and grabbed his ankle, clearly in pain.
He was able to stand up, but not without limping and noticed that he “jumped out.”
“Michigan, if I look a little limping tonight, it’s because I’m limping,” Warren wrote on Saturday.
Despite the painful injury, he was able to perform the show at Michigan Stadium that night with no apparent issues.
But that wasn’t the only injury the former “The Voice” contestant sustained on the night of one of his two tour stops in Michigan. While he was singing, a fan threw a cell phone at him, which appeared to hit him in the leg in a video taken by another concertgoer.
Before the phone hit, Warren was happily waving to fans, but suddenly stopped and appeared to glare at the person who threw the phone.
This isn’t the first time a phone call has caused drama at a singer’s concert.
Last month, he snatched a security guard’s cellphone out of her hand and threw it on stage. In a video taken by a concertgoer, a security guard can first be seen with his hands raised behind his back as he records Wallen singing during a show at Acresure Stadium in Pittsburgh.
Warren doesn’t seem to be happy about being recorded by security, which he then takes dramatically and throws him on stage.
He also had an onstage meltdown at a show in Denver last month. While singing his song “Sand in My Boots,” the piano apparently malfunctioned, forcing him to finish the song a cappella.
He then returned to the piano and pushed it about a foot before flipping it over and breaking it.
Wallen is scheduled to conclude his 2026 Still the Problem Tour on August 1st in Philadelphia.
