That’s her opinion!
Tamra Judge shared her hot take on Shannon Beador, but it might set them back a few steps.
“We go forward and backward, forward and backward,” the “Real Housewives of Orange County” star said of their notoriously tumultuous friendship while chatting on Page Six’s “Virtual Reality Tea.”
Judge, 58, said she and Beador, 62, are currently on friendly terms, but that Frenemy may not want viewers to know that.
“I feel like we’re doing good right now, but I think she doesn’t want anyone to know that we’re doing good,” Judge said, sharing a dubious theory that Beador is paying close attention to viewers’ negative opinions of Judge.
“Some people are just doing it for the Instagram comments section.”
The judge also speculated that Beador may be keeping their friendship a secret so fans can watch season 20 of The Real Housewives of Orange County to see how everything unfolds.
“Unless she doesn’t want to give it up yet, which could be the case,” the judge surmised. “But I think they see us together, get photographed, and post pictures.”
Their friendship has had its ups and downs for nearly a decade, but things really took a downward spiral on season 18 of RHOC when a judge publicly criticized Beador’s drinking after driving under the influence. She twisted the knife by aligning herself with Alexis Bellino, who returned to the show as a “friend” for one season. At the time, Bellino was dating and later married Beador’s ex-boyfriend, John Jansen.
Both women have struggled to recover ever since. Despite Judge’s attempts to apologize in season 19, Beador’s trust issues prevented them from fully rebuilding their once-close friendship.
Naturally, tension continued into season 20 after the longtime co-stars got into an explosive argument during the filming of Real Housewives.
“I didn’t think it was that bad,” the judge told VRT of the scuffle between the two men. “She said I called her a drunk. I don’t remember calling her a drunk…I think she called me a drunk.”
“The Real Housewives of Orange County” airs Thursdays at 8pm ET on Bravo, with new episodes streaming the next day on Peacock.
