Amanda Bynes debuts a new look with blinged eyebrows in another glamorous eyebrow transformation.
The former child star, 40, showed off her flamboyant style as she stepped out for a casual solo outing in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
A close-up photo of the look showed a line of jewels adorning her eyebrows.
She was photographed searching through her handbag, juggling a pack of Marlboro cigarettes and a Starbucks drink in one hand.
Bynes wore a black T-shirt and matching shorts for the outing, and wore her bleached blonde hair down in her customary long mullet.
The “All That” alum is no stranger to changing up her looks in recent years.
Earlier this month, she shocked fans when she flashed her blue eyebrows while out with boyfriend Zachary Khan.
Ahead of the couple’s May outing, Bynes informed her followers that she used lip fillers in August 2025 to get fuller lips.
She also admitted to having recently undergone body modification and using the GLP-1 weight loss drug Ozempic.
“I weighed 180 pounds,” she shared on her Instagram Stories last December, along with an image, adding, “But now I’ve lost 28 pounds with Ozempic! I’m down to 152 pounds.”
Bynes added, “I know I still look big, but this photo is really inspirational to me!”
In March 2024, Bynes told her Instagram followers that she had gained over 20 pounds over the past few months due to depression.
She weighed 162 pounds at the time and said her goal was to “get back to 110 pounds.”
