And when country-pop star Skylar Stone takes the breeze into a rugged mountain town, the romantic family drama heats up even more. ” is written.
“It was a real pleasure to work with this team on the film adaptation of Rose Hill,” Silver said. “Seeing everyone’s hard work and creativity come to life on screen is a dream come true!”

There are currently four books in the “Rose Hill” series: “Wild Love,” “Wild Eyes,” “Wild Side,” and “Wild Card.” In addition to these books, Silver has published five “Chestnut Springs” books and four “Gold Rush Ranch” novels.
“‘Rose Hill’ is exactly the kind of inclusive, emotional romance we love and need. Rooted in character, driven by compelling relationships, and set in a world that feels both ambitious and authentic,” Godfrey and Bowen said. “Along with Heidi and Mark, we have a great team that will bring Elsie Silver’s wonderful books to life in a cinematically exciting way. You’ll want to live in Rose Hill! We’re excited to continue our collaboration with Prime Video in Temple Hill, alongside Off Campus and The Boys of Tommen.”
Amazon has had great success in recent years with shows based on novel series. Some of the current hits include: “Reacher” based on the Jack Reacher books by Lee Child. “Cross”, based on Alex Cross by James Patterson. “The Summer I Turned Pretty” is a YA drama based on Jenny Han’s trilogy of novels of the same name. The tech giant’s streaming division is currently developing a series version of Rebecca Yaros’ Empyrean series, including “Fourth Wing,” among several other projects.
“Elsie Silver’s Rose Hill novels have resonated with millions of readers by blending epic romance with grounded, emotionally complex relationships,” said Peter Friedlander, head of global television at Amazon MGM Studios. “It’s a world where love, loyalty, and identity collide in ways that feel both intimate and expansive. Together with Heidi Cole McAdams, Marc Webb, and our partners at Temple Hill, we’re excited to bring that richness to the screen for Prime Video viewers around the world.”
