Lauren Sanchez brought some glamor to a state dinner at the White House on Tuesday night.
Sanchez wore a black off-shoulder gown and made a statement with a colorful necklace.
This stunning bauble, designed by Lorraine Schwartz, features over 200 carats of Colombian emeralds.
Sanchez first debuted the jewel at the 2025 Vanity Fair Oscar Party, pairing it with a white strapless Oscar de la Renta dress.
At the White House, she added extra sparkle with oversized diamond stud earrings (her hair pulled back into a bun) and a glittering handbag.
Her husband, Jeff Bezos, was by her side wearing an evening tailcoat.
The event was also attended by First Lady Melania Trump, who wore pink Dior Haute Couture, and President Ivanka Trump, who wore a blue Reem Acra cape. The president invited King Charles III and Queen Camilla to the event.
Bezos’ simple black dress was a departure from her 2024 State Dinner look, which featured a red corseted dress with sheer lace.
And just last month, she told The New York Times that she thought her 2025 Inauguration attire would be “conservative” before receiving backlash.
