Jessica Biel has reportedly told Justin Timberlake that she plans to break up with him if he doesn’t clean up his act.
According to a new report in the Daily Mail, the actress “gave her husband an ultimatum” after he “put up with” his recent actions, including a DWI arrest in 2024 and a trip to Las Vegas for an 8 a.m. invitational golf tournament.
Two witnesses claimed to Page Six that the “SexyBack” singer appeared to be inebriated near the end of the day at a golf tournament on April 18.
If Timberlake, 45, fails again, Biel, 44, will “pull the trigger,” a source told the Daily Mail, adding: “There’s not much more she can do.”
The source also claimed that Timberlake, who shares sons Silas, 11, and Finneas, 5, with Biel, has “never been home” despite finishing his world tour in July last year.
“She’s doing everything with her kids and is tired of being embarrassed in public,” the source claimed.
Another source exclusively told Page Six that while Biel and Timberlake’s marriage is “not perfect,” they are “getting through it.”
A source explained, “Things have been tough lately. There’s just so much attention on him and it’s not easy to deal with. She’s definitely been irritable at times and has been through a lot. Like any couple, they’ve had their ups and downs, but the recent attention and his schedule has made things even more difficult. But they’re not close to breaking point.”
Page Six has reached out to representatives for Biel and Timberlake for comment.
According to an October 2024 report, Beal was “not happy” with her husband’s arrest for drunk driving in June 2024 in Sag Harbor, New York.
At the time, a source told Page Six that the former *NSYNC member was pulled over after having dinner with friends at the historic American Hotel, but “there were police stationed outside.”
The “Mirrors” singer pleaded guilty to a charge of impaired driving in September 2024. As part of his plea deal, he was forced to apologize outside court.
Months later, Biel, who married Timberlake in 2012, admitted that their marriage was “falling apart sometimes” in a note wishing her husband a happy 44th birthday.
“Another year of growing, evolving, and sometimes degenerating with you,” the “Sinner” actress wrote at the time. “Let’s spend another year laughing about everything.”
When body camera footage from Timberlake’s arrest was released last month, a source told People that Biel was “not happy about the new attention” to the case.
The source also insisted that Beal “wants to get over it” and is “focused on moving forward.”
In 2019, Timberlake was bombarded with cheating rumors after Britain’s The Sun published a photo of the Social Network actor sitting on a patio and holding hands with Palmer co-star Alisha Wainwright during a night out in New York.
Timberlake later apologized for a “serious error in judgment” but insisted “nothing happened” between him and his co-star.
Mr. Biel and Mr. Timberlake publicly put up a united front after the scandal.
