Thai-British actor Becky Armstrong, who stars in Netflix’s “Girl from Nowhere: The Reset,” has signed with CAA for representation.
Armstrong, who was born in Bangkok to a Thai mother and British father, made her screen debut in 2020 with a supporting role in TharnType 2: 7 Years of Love. Her career took off two years later when she starred in “The Gap” opposite Freen Sarocha. The series made history as the first girl’s love show to be broadcast on Thai state television, helped establish the GL genre across Southeast Asia, and received over 800 million views on YouTube in its first year.
Armstrong next starred in the romantic comedy “Long Live Love!,” which grossed more than 100 million baht ($3 million) at the local box office before being distributed internationally by Netflix. In 2024, she reunited with Sarocha in the sci-fi feature ‘Uranus 2324’.
Her most high-profile project to date was Girl from Nowhere: The Reset, a reboot of the critically acclaimed Thai Netflix series, which was announced in March this year. The series is released weekly and ranks in the platform’s top 10 in 67 territories around the world.
Off-screen, Armstrong has built quite a name for herself in the fashion and beauty fields. She is a global cosmetics ambassador for L’Oréal Paris, and walked the Cannes red carpet in that capacity in 2025. She made her debut at Paris Fashion Week in the fall of the previous year with the brand’s Spring/Summer 2025 collection, and was appointed as Chanel’s house ambassador in March 2025.
She is currently venturing into the field of music. Armstrong has signed with Wild Music Group and will release his debut single “Skin” on May 1st, the first work from his upcoming EP.
Mr. Armstrong will continue to represent Lunari Global and will also be responsible for personal management of Becky Entertainment.
