Justin Timberlake has shared a throwback video with Justin Bieber after the singer cheered him on during the second weekend of Coachella.
An adorable clip shared on Instagram on Monday showed the *NSYNC member talking to a young Bieber who was just starting his career.
Timberlake looked attentive as he chatted with the “Baby” crooner before posing for photos.
In a second clip, Timberlake, now 45, posted a snippet of Bieber, now 32, performing his 2002 song “Cry Me a River” at Coachella on Saturday night.
“I grew up listening to Justin Timberlake and so many other beautiful talents, but I remember this like it was yesterday,” the Grammy winner said on stage.
At the music festival, Bieber sang along to nostalgic covers of Timberlake songs he recorded before he became famous.
Timberlake captioned the post: “I know it’s been a long road. And I know it hasn’t always been a smooth road.”
“I’m proud of you – and you should be proud of you too. Sending love to @lilbieber 🙏🏻”
Bieber gave it his all for two performances over the weekend, serenading fellow musician Billie Eilish.
As Justin was performing his 2009 song “One Less Lonely Girl,” his wife Hailey Bieber urged Eilish to come on stage.
The “Birds of a Feather” songstress hesitated, but eventually crawled to join Justin on stage.
Eilish, who has professed to be a huge fan of Justin since childhood, enjoyed the wholesome moment as a fangirl.
Additionally, Justin surprised fans with a guest performance with SZA, singing SZA’s 2022 song “Snooze.”
Rappers Big Sean and Sexy Red also appeared.
It is rumored that the host of “Dices” is preparing for a tour by changing his website to read, “We will notify fans when new dates are announced.”
