A work in which Jennifer Aniston and Jim Curtis take things a notch higher.
On Friday, the couple was photographed touring an apartment together. As Realtor.com reported, the luxury building on Manhattan’s Upper East Side has several units for sale.
The Park Avenue Co-op was built in 1925 and is 16 stories high, with a doorman, basketball court, wine cellar and concierge, according to its website.
For the outing, Aniston wore a black coat, gray scarf, baggy jeans, and glasses. Meanwhile, Curtis opted for a gray coat, black shirt and matching khakis.
It’s unclear at this time why the couple was touring the building, but the author recently put his $1.5 million lower Manhattan property on the market.
Representatives for Aniston and Curtis did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
Aniston and Curtis’ day begins following their hypnotherapist sharing a healthy dynamic with their other halves when they get into an argument.
Curtis admitted that he and the Friends actress sometimes have “little things that flare up,” but they deal with those issues positively.
“I spend a lot of time with my girlfriend,” the wellness coach said on the Feb. 12 episode of the podcast “Ced with Intention.” “We spend a lot of time together at home, and sometimes little things can flare up.”
“We either shut up and get angry, or we leave the house. Or we can think about it and figure out how to change it, or we can say, ‘Oh, this happened, I’m sorry,’ and fix it,” Curtis continued.
The guru explained that steps need to be taken to ensure that certain problems do not continue to occur.
“No one will believe it, because once you fix it, it’s just going to happen five more times,” Curtis said, adding that it’s important for couples to “set the rules up front” for their relationship.
“We’re all extreme up, so unless we start being really intentional and proactive about it, everything that’s inside of us is just going to come out all over the place and we just don’t know how to experience it together,” he elaborated.
Curtis, 50, and Aniston, 57, first started dating in July 2025 and made it official on Instagram in November of the same year.
Last month, Curtis appeared on the Today show to promote his book, Book of Possibility, and revealed how their romance began.
“We were just introduced by friends,” he recalled. “That was it. We found out we had mutual friends and we just started chatting.”
Aniston and Curtis “chatted for a long time” and “became close.”
“It took a long time,” he said of things becoming romantic.
Meanwhile, Aniston celebrated her 57th birthday on February 11th, and Curtis also publicly wished her a happy birthday on Instagram.
He posted an image of the two laughing together and a second black-and-white shot of them kissing.
“HBD MY ❤️,” Curtis captioned the post.
“They had a low-key dinner and night out for her birthday,” a source told Us Weekly about the birthday celebration, adding that the couple were “inseparable.”
“This is the most comfortable[Aniston]has felt in a long time and things are going great,” the source added.
