Denise Richards’ ex-boyfriend Aaron Phypers is demanding that the singer immediately pay spousal support as their divorce escalates.
In documents obtained by Page Six on Friday, the actor claims he will not have a “steady income” as his “business operations and infrastructure” will be “disrupted at the end of 2024.”
He also argued in court in October that despite his dramatic domestic violence arrest and pending criminal case, he was entitled to temporary spousal support to maintain the “status quo” of “financial equity pending litigation.”
In papers filed in Los Angeles on Thursday, Mr. Phypers argued that the court had a duty to “ensure fair interim terms” by ordering Mr. Richards to pay because “temporary assistance is primarily focused on the need and ability to pay, rather than a final determination of fault or a final division of property.”
Mr Phypers, who has repeatedly denied Mr Richards’ claims of domestic violence, also said he had entered a plea of not guilty in the pending criminal case, stressing there was “no criminal conviction”.
Additionally, he claims he is entitled to a “50% commission” from Richards’ OnlyFans business, which he previously claimed earns him up to $300,000 a month.
“She literally makes money every month from my intellectual property in the form of posting photos I take of her on her OnlyFans page,” the document reads.
Ms. Phypers went on to claim that she expected to be paid for her role on the Bravo reality show Denise Richards and Her Wild Things, but that she was not paid.
“I was supposed to receive 50% of the production income I received from Smoke and Mirrors Entertainment LLC on that show, but in return I received no production profits and have not received any explanation for the amount the company received on that show,” he claimed.
Representatives for Richards and Fipers did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment Friday.
In January, Ms. Richards asked a judge to deny Ms. Phypers’ claim for half of her OnlyFans income because the deadline to declare updated income and expenses had passed.
In documents filed in October 2025, Phypers previously claimed that he “helped build[Richards’]OnlyFans account” and that he owns “the intellectual property rights to most, if not all, of the photos used on her page.”
Phypers further claimed that the “Wild Things” star “cut off (him) access to the joint income we earned together.”
At the time, he claimed he was “run out of money and financially hopeless (sic)” as rent and other expenses mounted.
Ms. Richards (who had already been evicted from her rental home) and Ms. Phypers were then evicted from their Calabasas mansion in December for more than $84,000 in unpaid rent.
In January, Phypers’ family launched a fundraising effort on GoFundMe that has since been deleted in January, an effort the “Starship Troopers” actress labeled “outrageous.”
The former couple, who married in 2018 and separated in 2025, have been embroiled in a controversial divorce, with the RHOBH alum getting a permanent restraining order against his ex-girlfriend in November, and he still faces criminal charges in the case.
