Last Thursday, reality TV’s hottest names took to the skies above New York City to strut their stuff when Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” hosted an exclusive “Flir-Tea in NYC” Valentine’s Day celebration.
Organized by Kahlúa and in partnership with SERHANT. Agent Nile Lundgren’s cocktail soiree took place inside his stunning $27 million property at the iconic One57, 157 West 57th Street, the first skyscraper to be built on Midtown Manhattan’s Billionaires Row.
Located on the 53rd floor and boasting approximately 5,500 square feet, five bedrooms, and 5.5 bathrooms, the expansive mansion offered panoramic views of Central Park and the Manhattan skyline.
Guests sipped espresso martinis all night while mingling in a sleek, modern setting that quite literally took the party to new heights.
“We’re on the 53rd floor facing Central Park, so you have 360-degree views from every direction. It’s a different experience when you come here,” Serhant said. Agent and “Owning Manhattan” star Jordan March summed up the night’s atmosphere to “VRT” co-hosts Evan Real and Danny Murphy.
The Valentine’s-themed party attracted fashionable Bravolebrities and reality favorites, including “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Melissa Gorga, “Southern Charm” star Sally Carson, and “Summer House” alum and model Lexi Wood.
Also in attendance were “Vanderpump Rules” alum and celebrity astrologer Arie Lubar, “Summer House: Martha’s Vineyard” alum and model and DJ Jordan Emanuel, “Southern Hospitality” star Bradley Carter and “Members Only: Palm Beach” star Taja Avitor.
Unsurprisingly, espresso martinis courtesy of Kahlua were the talk of the night.
“It’s always espresso martini time. Any time of the day or night. We love espresso martinis,” Wood raved. Carson agreed, adding, “I like an espresso martini. I think[the best time to have it]is during happy hour, because it gives you energy for the evening.”
Page Six For the latest on reality TV…
Carson was equally surprised by the lavish list itself. “I wish I had $28 million to afford this. Someday! I’m going to buy this place someday,” she said with a laugh, expressing her own Billionaire Row moment.
The noble atmosphere was not lost on the guests either. “The atmosphere gets even more intense as you go up,” quipped Emmanuel, perfectly capturing the night’s flirtatious and celebratory spirit.
Partygoers also enjoyed gourmet bites from Osteria 57 and Alice’s talented chef Riccardo Orfino. The hors d’oeuvres we were handed included the decadent Cacio e Pepe Bombolini and Truffle Honey Ricotta Toast, which paired perfectly with the steady stream of cocktails.
Additional Serhant. Agents and “Owning Manhattan” stars March, Peter Zaitsev, Genesis Suero and Jeffrey St. Allomand mingled throughout the night, adding real estate glamor to the Bravo-heavy guest list.
With expansive skyline views, flowing espresso martinis, and a guest list lined with reality TV celebrities, Virtual Reali-Tea’s “Flir-Tea in NYC” proved to be the ultimate high-rise toast to love and luxury, just in time for Valentine’s Day.
