She’s just being Miley all the time.
Never one to shy away from bold looks, Cyrus stepped out on the Grammy Awards 2026 red carpet in an unexpected pairing.
The 33-year-old ditched the gown and opted for a Celine look complete with a black leather jacket cinched over a crisp white shirt and accessorized with an oversized brooch.
For the bottom, she wore pleated pants, paired with black leather gloves, black sunglasses, and black point-toe pumps.
Her hair was pulled back in a messy low knot, with loose bangs framing her face.
She appeared on the carpet with fiancé Max Morando, who took cues from her color palette.
Morando, who also wore black pants, completed her monochrome look with a black T-shirt and black sunglasses similar to Cyrus’s.
His hair was long and slicked back in a ’70s style that matched his overall look.
The singer’s days of wearing mesh loincloths, completely sheer tops, and barely-there bodysuits may be gone, but she still finds a way to bring drama to every red carpet.
Less than a month ago, Cyrus turned heads at the Golden Globes in a sultry sequined dress by Saint Laurent, accessorized with oversized sunglasses.
And for last year’s Grammy Awards, she opted for a deep black look, slipping into a cut-out leather halter dress, also by Saint Laurent.
The three-time Grammy Award winner is tonight nominated for Best Pop Vocal Album for her latest record, “Something Beautiful.”
Cyrus has been in the industry for nearly 20 years, but it wasn’t until 2024 that she won her first Grammy Award for her smash single “Flowers.” She spoke openly about being ignored by the Recording Academy after the fact.
“No shade, but I’ve been doing this for 20 years and this is the first time I’ve been seriously featured at the Grammys?” Cyrus said in an interview with W Magazine about four months after her win.
“I had a hard time understanding the measurements that were out there, because if I wanted to talk about statistics and numbers, where was I? And if I wanted to talk about cultural impact and things like that, where was I?” she continued.
He added: “This is not about arrogance. I’m proud of myself.”
And perhaps the name of her latest album was inspired by her 2024 acceptance speech, in which she said: “This award is great, but I really hope that this award doesn’t change anything, because yesterday my life was great.”
