Catherine O’Hara was last seen smiling broadly just four months before her tragic death.

The “Schitt’s Creek” actress was last photographed on Sept. 14 at Apple TV+’s Primetime Emmy Party at the popular Isabel restaurant in Los Angeles.

She wore a floor-length black gown for the occasion. The photos showed the star smiling for the camera as she walked the red carpet at the high-profile Hollywood event.

She attended the star-studded party with her husband Beau Welch, an Oscar- and Emmy-nominated production designer.

Welch posed for photos alongside his wife on the carpet wearing a classic black tuxedo.

She married Welch in April 1992, five years after they met on the set of Tim Burton’s Beetlejuice in 1987.

Welch appeared at the event to support his wife, who was nominated for a 2025 Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for her role as Patti Lee on Apple TV+’s “The Studio.”
