Nicola Peltz’s dramatic weight loss has been explained after fans couldn’t help but take notice of her latest Instagram post.
Sources say the “Bates Motel” star underwent a major weight loss makeover in preparation for her next role in the ballerina movie “Prima.”
“She is undergoing a physical transformation and intense training for her role in ‘Prima,’ in which she plays a prima ballerina,” a source told People magazine in a report published Friday.
Peltz is expected to star in the film alongside Faye Dunaway, Mira Sorvino and Jack Huston.
According to the film’s official storyline, Peltz will play Margo, a “classical ballet dancer” who “sees her world shaken as modern changes threaten the company’s traditions, and begins to question the true cost of absolute dedication to her art.”
A representative for Peltz did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
After Peltz shared some highlights from her romantic getaway with husband Brooklyn Beckham, fans took notice of the 31-year-old actress’ dramatic weight loss.
The break comes shortly after Brooklyn found himself and his wife in the public eye after harshly criticizing his parents Victoria and David Beckham in social media posts.
In a lengthy statement, the 26-year-old chef accused his parents of “constantly” belittling Mr. Peltz, telling “countless lies” and trying to “endlessly destroy” their relationship.
In one incident, the mother, who reportedly had a tense relationship with Mr. Peltz for some time, claimed that he canceled the production of an actress’s wedding dress at the last minute and forced her to find a replacement.
He also accused the former Spice Girl of making him feel “humiliated” and “uncomfortable” by dancing with him “highly inappropriately” at their 2022 Palm Beach wedding.
Brooklyn used the moment to publicly tell her followers that she has no intention of reconciling with her parents.
