Nicola Peltz previously slammed her in-laws Victoria Beckham and David Beckham in an interview that resurfaced in the wake of Brooklyn Beckham’s bombshell comments about his family.
Nepo Baby stopped by the “Today” show in February 2024 while promoting the movie “Lola,” which she directed, wrote, and starred in.
Peltz, who had been married to Brooklyn for two years at the time, was asked to open up about his relationship with her family.
“I come from a big family and we’re all very close, but now we’re an even bigger family,” the actress explained. “Brooklyn has been very close to my family growing up, so I feel very lucky that we’re all able to spend time together now.”
Peltz, 31, called David and Victoria “the most amazing people in the world” and spoke passionately about the support he has received, especially from the former Spice Girls.
“The fact that Victoria flew out to support me meant so much to me,” she said of the fashion designer who attended the premiere of “Lola.” “It really happened.”
The interview resurfaced after Brooklyn released a scathing statement about a long-standing family feud via her Instagram Stories last month.
The chef opened his statement by saying he felt he had “no choice” but to speak out about a private matter that he had been “silent about” for “years.”
Brooklyn, 26, has made several allegations against her parents, including that they have controlled “reporting in the press” about her family for years.
He also clarified his stance on his future relationship with his family.
“I don’t want to reconcile with my family,” he declared. “I’m not being controlled and I’m standing up for myself for the first time in my life.”
Brooklyn alleged that her mother tried to destroy her relationship with Peltz “endlessly” by demanding “performative social media posts, family events, and fake relationships” from her parents.
He also made some outlandish accusations, including claiming that the fashionista “canceled the production of Nicola’s[wedding]dress at the 11th hour” just before her 2022 wedding.
Brooklyn said she was also “attacked” by her younger brothers, Romeo, 23, and Cruz, 20.
“My brothers were sent to attack me on social media and ultimately blocked me out of nowhere this summer,” he claimed.
Page Six has reached out to David and Beckham for comment.
Since posting the bombshell, Brooklyn and Nicola have been spotted out and about in public several times.
The pair looked unfazed as they strolled PDA-laden on the beach in Malibu, Calif., last month, as seen in photos obtained exclusively by Page Six.
Meanwhile, Brooklyn’s parents have returned to social media and have recently been spotted attending various events during Paris Haute Couture Week.
