PaleyFest LA, held annually by the Paley Center for Media, started with a ton of classic TV show reunions in its early days, and in recent years has shifted its focus primarily to newer shows. But the 2026 edition promises big things, with stars including Kate Jackson, Cheryl Ladd and Jaclyn Smith set to attend to celebrate the 50th anniversary of ABC’s groundbreaking crime drama Charlie’s Angels.
“Farrah, Jackie and I started full steam ahead (thanks in part to Farrah’s iconic poster) and surprised everyone when the pilot crashed through the glass ceiling,” Jackson, Smith and Rudd said in a joint statement. “Overnight, we were celebrated for something akin to ‘Rockstar Fame.’ We’re proud to have entertained, uplifted and helped young women forget their worries, all while inspiring and empowering young women around the world. We look forward to reuniting on the PaleyFest stage to celebrate Charlie’s Angels’ milestone anniversary and look back on our work in television over the decades.”
From producers Aaron Spelling and Leonard Goldberg, “Charlie’s Angels” ran for 115 episodes over five seasons from September 1976 to June 1981 on ABC. Original star Farrah Fawcett passed away in 2009. Other stars included Shelley Hack, Tanya Roberts and David Doyle.
Meanwhile, at PaleyFest, this year’s other reunion also doubles as a celebration of the return of ABC and Hulu’s “Scrubs.” Other panels at this year’s PaleyFest LA include Apple TV’s “Pluribus,” “Shrinking,” and “Your Friends & Neighbors,” HBO Max’s Emmy Award-winning “The Pitt,” and the Netflix series “Emily in Paris” and “Nobody Wants This.”
“The Pit”, “Shrinking” and “Nobody Wants This” were previously announced. This year’s PaleyFest LA will return to Hollywood’s Dolby Theater from April 4th to April 12th, just weeks after the Academy Awards ceremony was held at the same venue.
PaleyFest is sponsored by the City and the William S. Paley Foundation is the founding sponsor. The 43rd annual PaleyFest in Los Angeles features screenings and conversations about TV’s most popular shows.
“PaleyFest LA is a one-of-a-kind celebration that brings together iconic talent, passionate fans, and unforgettable moments,” said Maureen J. Reidy, President and CEO of Paley Center. “We are thrilled to welcome audiences back to the Dolby Theater this April, and are deeply grateful to our partners at Citi and the William S. Paley Foundation for their continued support to make this festival possible.”
