Mickey Rourke is staying in a luxury hotel as he crowdfunds to avoid being evicted from his Los Angeles home.
The actor reportedly stays in West Hollywood, California, at a property frequented by celebrities that costs at least $550 a night.
A 73-year-old man was seen leaving his home Sunday with his dog and a bag containing his belongings, according to photos obtained by Page Six.
Rourke donned jeans, a leather jacket, a cowboy hat and a custom wig as he helped his friends set off for the weekend.
A U-Haul truck was also found parked outside the home on Monday. Friends of the actor were photographed removing belongings from the premises in large black garbage bags.
Representatives for Mr. Rourke have not yet responded to Page Six’s request for comment.
On Thursday, the Celebrity Big Brother alum was caught on camera receiving a delivery from outside his home, without a hair on his back.
The Post reported at the time that Rourke was facing eviction over approximately $59,100 in back rent owed to her landlord, Eric Goldie.
Ms. Goldie filed a complaint on Dec. 29, alleging that Ms. Rourke “failed to comply” with a notice served on her on Dec. 18, and seeking compensation for her attorney’s fees and “forfeiture” of the rental agreement.
Specifically, Rourke signed a lease in March 2025 for $5,200 per month. Goldie’s filing says the rent has increased to $7,000.
The “Sin City” star is “rich poor” and lives “paycheck to paycheck,” a source later told the Daily Mail.
“He has the means to make a lot of money by appearing in movies and reality shows, but he spends it so quickly that by the time he starts making money, he’s back to square one,” the source explained.
Lia-Joel Jones, a member of Rourke’s management team, recently set up a GoFundMe with a goal of raising $100,000 to support the retired athlete.
Jones wrote that the fundraiser was established with Rourke’s “full permission to cover immediate housing-related expenses.”
She said the amount “gives (him) stability and peace of mind during a very stressful time so he can stay home and have the space to get back on his feet.”
As of Monday afternoon, the page had raised nearly $75,000.
