Sophie Turner is pulling back the curtain on her dating woes.
The actress made a rare confession about her love life to Net-a-Porter’s Porter on Monday, saying that she “cuts out parts of my life sometimes.”
The Game of Thrones alum, 29, explained: “I mean, I haven’t seen my friends or gone on a date in weeks or months!”
Turner, who made headlines in October for her “secret date” with Chris Martin, said, “Right now, I’m only capable of juggling work and family,” referring to her and ex-husband Joe Jonas’ two daughters, Willa, 5, and Delphine, 3.
“But I’m working on it,” she added. “I’ll go there.”
The Emmy nominee is looking forward to “some peace in her 30s” after a “relatively difficult” period in her 20s.
“I feel like I’ve been really busy for a long time and I don’t think that’s going to be the case anymore. I’m just going to calm down a little bit and we’ll see if that happens,” Turner said.
The “Dark Phoenix” star has “learned that[she]can survive well” during this difficult decade.
Turner was 20 when she started dating Jonas, 36, in 2016, but the “Camp Rock” star got down on one knee the following year.
The couple tied the knot in Las Vegas in May 2019 and walked the Virgin Road again in France the same year.
Willa will be born in 2020, Delphine will follow in 2022.
Turner and the Jonas Brothers announced their divorce in 2023, and after a bitter custody battle, the divorce was finalized in September 2024.
Turner began dating aristocrat Peregrine “Perry” Pearson in November 2023, when her relationship with Martin was last revealed.
Us Weekly reported in November 2025 that she and the Coldplay frontman, 48, went on multiple dates and exchanged “sparks,” but neither has confirmed their relationship.
Jonas has been in the news for his post-divorce romances with model Stormy Lee and, more recently, Tatiana Gabriela.
The singer told Esquire in October 2025 that she doesn’t date “a lot” and doesn’t use apps, but has met her partner through TikTok and Instagram.
