Sanchez, 56, was seen socializing with other passengers in another part of the boat.
The former journalist wore a zebra-print bikini top and a white sarong.
She wore rectangular sunglasses and had her hair tied in a ponytail.
Bezos, 61, was seen chatting with his wife wearing a white polo shirt, shorts, a hat and sunglasses.
Earlier this week, the tech billionaire was spotted partying with Sanchez, dancing in his seat at a bar on the island.
The couple checked into Paradise after spending their Christmas vacation in Aspen.
Sanchez and Bezos, who married in June, kicked off their fun in the snow to celebrate her 56th birthday.
A source told Page Six that the couple spent Christmas Day together with Brooks Nader and Kate Hudson at the ultra-exclusive private club Am7 Aspen.
