Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie attended a Christmas church service with the royal family at Sandringham, despite their parents being absent.
Eugenie, 35, wore a purple hat and matching coat for her outing on Thursday, while Beatrice, 37, opted for a houndstooth jacket.
The sisters were all smiles as they walked with their husbands, Jack Brooksbank and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi.
Conspicuously absent were his father, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, and mother, Sarah Ferguson.
Other royals attending the service included Prince William, Duchess Kate, and their three children, Prince George (12), Princess Charlotte (10), and Prince Louis (7).
The service at St Mary Magdalene Church in Norfolk is an annual event in which the royal family walks outside, greeting well-wishers and accepting gifts.
Neither Beatrice nor Eugenie took their children to church services.
Earlier this month, the couple turned down Duchess Kate’s invitation to attend their annual Christmas carol service.
Eugenie revealed her absence by resharing the Prince and Princess of Wales’ post about the event on her Instagram Story.
“I wish Bea and I could have celebrated with our families tonight,” she wrote.
“We hope @princeandprincessofwales has a wonderful carol service and a special night,” she continued. “What a beautiful message of love and hope.”
Her and Beatrice’s arrival at Christmas comes after a rough few weeks for her parents.
In October, Andrew was stripped of his title due to his alleged involvement with convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
Epstein’s sex trafficking victim Virginia Giffre has long claimed that she was forced to sleep with Andrew when she was 17 years old.
Andrew vehemently denied this accusation. But he did pay Guiffre, who committed suicide in April at age 41, a multimillion-dollar settlement in 2022.
Newly released 2021 emails from Epstein’s files reveal that Mountbatten-Windsor allegedly asked his friend, Epstein’s accomplice and convicted sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell, if she had “found any new inappropriate friends.”
The former Duchess of York was similarly stripped of her royal title because Mr. Ferguson also had ties to Mr. Epstein and visited Mr. Epstein in New York to receive loans.
Eugenie and Beatrice still retain their titles.
A estranged couple have been asked to leave the Royal Lodge where they have lived together for many years.
Andrew’s last public appearance was earlier this month, when he attended the christening of his granddaughter Athena (Beatrice’s daughter) at the Chapel Royal, St James’s Palace.
He was seen sneaking in through the side gate, avoiding the reporters gathered in front of the main entrance.
