The mischievous prince attacks again.
Seven-year-old Prince Louis showed off his sweet tooth at the royal family’s annual Christmas celebrations on Thursday.
The prince attended the service at Sandringham and greeted the crowd alongside his family, including his grandparents King Charles and Queen Camilla, parents Prince William and Kate Middleton, and siblings Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
A member of the crowd handed Louis a giant Lindor chocolate egg, and he happily hugged the sweet treat.
Prince William, 43, was the first to receive the gift, but the Prince of Wales’ chocolate-loving toddler snatched it away from his father, causing him to burst into laughter.
George, 12, and Charlotte, 10, also received gifts and flowers from the crowd.
Louis’s behavior is the latest in a series of controversial actions, as he has frequently displayed amusing and boyish behavior during official events.
In May 2023, during King Charles’ coronation ceremony, Louis stole the show with his goofy expression and yawn.
At the time, one fan tweeted: “Prince Louis’ yawn will belong to all of us in 2 hours,” while another called him the “meme king.”
Two years later, during a VE Day parade, the young prince was photographed looking bored into the sky.
The royal family has celebrated Christmas at Sandringham every year since 1988, attending services at St Mary Magdalene Church and strolling around to greet the crowds.
This year’s celebrations were also attended by Louis and his family, as well as Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie.
The princesses showed a united front with the rest of the royal family just two months after their disgraced father, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, was stripped of the throne in October over his relationship with the late convicted Jeffrey Epstein.
