Bradley Cooper has taken a big step forward in his plans to propose to girlfriend Gigi Hadid, two years after they started dating.
“Bradley asked Yolanda to marry Gigi,” a source for the model’s mother told the Daily Mail.
“He wants her to know how serious he is about Gigi and how he plans to build a solid family with her in New York,” the source added.
“Her mom Yolanda is also on board, so it made sense. But Gigi telling her dad (Mohamed Hadid) that she wants to marry Bradley is a big step and more official.”
The outlet reported that the “Hangover” actor also informed his mother, Gloria Campano, of his future plans to resolve the issue.
“They get along very well and he tells her everything,” a source claimed of the mother-son duo.
The Daily Mail reported that a “big reason” the couple wanted to take their romance to the next level was to raise their children together.
Cooper had a daughter, Lee De Seine, 8, in 2017 with model Irina Shayk, 39, with whom he dated for four years until 2019. Cooper, a Maybelline publicity model, also has a daughter, Kai, 5, with ex Zayn Malik, 32.
Page Six reached out to representatives for Hadid and Cooper, but did not immediately receive a response.
In July, Page Six exclusively reported that an “incredibly happy” Cooper, 50, was ready to propose to Hadid, 30.
A source said the two have become more serious and the “A Star Is Born” actor is “considering marriage and children with Gigi.”
“He may pop the question in the coming months,” a source told us.
We hear that Hadid and Cooper are hoping to have a child together.
“They could envision a blended family with their daughter and their own children,” a source told Us about the “incredibly happy” couple.
The Maestro star and Hadid were first reported to be dating in October 2023, but they didn’t confirm they were dating until January of the following year, when they were spotted out and about holding hands in London.
Recently, they enjoyed a date night at Broadway’s “Waiting for Godot” over the weekend.
The former Victoria’s Secret Angel and Cooper posed for photos with the cast, including Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter.
