All she wants for Christmas is one front tooth.
Chrissy Teigen’s teeth — yes, the veneer covering her chipped teeth — fell out in a holiday game “failure.”
The 40-year-old former model took to Instagram to show her followers how she and her children were potting up plants to “grow” candy canes.
The video showed daughter Luna, 9, Esti, almost 3, and son Miles, 7, and Wren, 2, filling a small flower pot with soil, watering it and covering it.
After the chicks went to bed, Teigen secretly opened a bag of small candies and placed them in the pot for the children to find the next morning.
As the days went by, she replaced the candy cane with a larger one.
But one night, Teigen “tried to open up one of the villains and (and her) tooth fell out.” She laughed at the situation and smiled, showing off her missing munch.
John Legend’s wife explained, “It’s a veneer. I have everything,” and claimed, “This is what mothers do for their children. So you can think of them as raising candy canes.”
She added: “I’m just trying to create magic. I don’t have any teeth right now.”
Teigen didn’t have time to get her teeth fixed before her children’s holiday-themed recital, “Winter Thing,” at her children’s school.
So the next day, she drove to the event and photographed herself sitting in the auditorium with her fellow parents.
She chose to wear a face mask, but made sure to pull it down to flash her toothless grin at the camera. Surprisingly, she also chose to snack on candy canes.
“Merry Christmas from our family to yours!!!!!!!!” the cookbook author hilariously captioned the video.
But everything got better the next day, when she rushed to her “tooth goat” to have her veneers repaired, according to her Instagram Stories.
