Sadie Sink is preparing to say goodbye to “Stranger Things.”
A cast member since Season 2, Sink has spent the better part of the past decade calling the Netflix show home.
But as the show’s finale, Season 5, premieres in three parts over the next six weeks and will be streamed worldwide, Sink is ready to plan his future.
One thing we know for sure is that, if Sink has anything to say about it, she’ll remain a natural redhead no matter what role she takes on next.
The 23-year-old actress spoke to Glamor magazine about her hopes for the future and what she will carry with her from her star-making career on Stranger Things.
It’s worth noting that while Sink became a globally recognized star thanks to the Netflix series, over the past 15 years he has appeared in everything from the Oscar-winning darling Whale to the title role in Broadway’s Annie.
Sink was nominated for a 2025 Tony Award for his performance in “John Proctor is a Villain.”
Described by friends as “funny, kind, and thoughtful,” Grammer speculated, “She’s the kind of friend you can text your deepest, darkest secrets to without fear of criticism or worse, leaking it to the press.”
The actress is currently living in London while filming the upcoming Spider-Man movie.
Although Sink is pursuing a musical path with “Annie,” he said he has no intention of reprising the role. “That’s all people get,” she said, although she felt an affinity for the fiery redhead’s on-stage character.
“Every redhead knows the ups and downs of a relationship with redheads. Sometimes you think, ‘Yeah, I love my hair. This is the best.’ And sometimes you think, ‘Oh my god, I hate it. I just want to change it.'”
But even on her down days, her red hair remains part of her uniform.
“As a redhead, the one thing you’re told your whole life is that you should never dye your hair. ‘People are paying a lot of money for that hair.’ So I’ve never had that, and I don’t think I ever will.”
To this, the beauty purist added: “I like the idea of not dyeing my hair. I don’t have any piercings, I don’t have tattoos, I like the idea of not doing anything.”
