Although they didn’t go to Puerto Rico, friends Marcello Hernandez and Tate McRae were spotted hanging out late at Nojo hotspot Jeans over the weekend.
Earlier this year, a fan typed “iconic” under a video of the duo dancing to Bad Bunny’s “Voy A LLevarte PA PR.” However, their attitude on Saturday was said to be a little more subdued.
McRae arrived at the “Saturday Night Live” afterparty with his friend, influencer Jake Shane, and Hernadez reportedly went straight to their booth as soon as he arrived. “He was mainly talking to Tate. He didn’t leave their area until (McRae and Shane) arrived,” a spy told Page Six.
And while Hernandez has been described as “cheating” with McRae, it’s said the comedian may already be involved. He took Ana Amelia Batel Cabral as his date to the premiere of Happy Gilmore 2 in New York City in July. According to gossip blog DeuxMoi, the two have been dating since January, and a photo of them having dinner together at Marea was posted at the time.
Around the same time, Hernandez was embroiled in the “Summer House” scandal, during which he apologized to Paige DeSorbo for “embarrassing” him over cheating rumors during her separation from Craig Conover.
DeSorbo said on his podcast, “The Giggly Squad,” that he had to inform Hernandez of the rumors spreading that he had an affair with Conover. Hernandez’s reaction was, “FK, yeah!” DeSorbo recalled.
She revealed that Hernandez received hate messages about the rumors, saying, “I was like, ‘Marcello, I’m so sorry, this is so embarrassing.'”
Meanwhile, back in Jeans, we heard that the club kicked out civilian partygoers at 3 a.m. to accommodate the late-night party of the “SNL” crew. The show’s famous host, Glen Powell, was reportedly at the scene and had a heated discussion with the show’s producers. Nina Dobrev was one of the guests on the show that night and was also reportedly spotted in jeans.
And “SNL” not only got Powell Saturday host, but also provided condiments at the afterparty. Guests munched on burgers and fries and drenched his Smash Kitchen condiment line.
Representatives for McRae and Hernandez had no comment.
