It never ends.
Justin Baldoni joked that he “missed sexual harassment training” while preparing to film a scene with Blake Lively in Seraph of the End, according to a video obtained by TMZ.
Footage submitted as evidence in his controversial legal battle with Lively showed the 41-year-old telling his co-star: “I think you’re pretty hot. Sexy.”
He then appeared to tell Lively, with her back to the camera, that she had something in her tooth.
“Can I have a toothpick?” Baldoni asked before saying something incomprehensible about Jenny Slate.
He then turned to Slate, 43, and quipped, “Sorry, I missed sexual harassment training.”
The video ended with Baldoni staring straight into the camera and making an exaggerated roll of his eyes.
Attorneys for the “Jane the Virgin” alum reportedly claimed in the motion filed that Baldoni apologized “if his comments were inappropriate.”
The attorney argued that Lively, 38, responded that the comment was “okay,” but that could not be confirmed in the video.
Baldoni’s lawyers argued that the “sexy” comment was “completely unnoticeable” because Lively was wearing a fleece onesie, not “skinny clothing.”
Representatives for Lively and Baldoni did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
The Gossip Girl alum sued Baldoni in December 2024, accusing her of sexual harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, infliction of emotional distress, invasion of privacy, and lost wages.
The lawsuit comes after months of feud speculation as the two were separately promoting a movie in which they played lovers.
Mr. Baldoni denies Mr. Lively’s claims and countersued her in January for civil extortion and defamation.
However, his case was dismissed by a judge in June and officially ended earlier this month after Baldoni refused to file an amended complaint.
At the time, the director’s legal team told Page Six that this would give him the option to appeal later, emphasizing that they were focused on Lively’s case.
Mr. Baldoni recently asked the judge to dismiss the case, arguing that “no rational jury” could convict Mr. Lively of $161 million in lost profits.
As the pair prepare for trial in March, more evidence has surfaced online, including text messages Baldoni exchanged with “The Office” star Rainn Wilson about a “traumatic” confrontation with Lively’s husband Ryan Reynolds.
In another text exchange included in evidence, “It Ends With Us” author Colleen Huber admitted that she was “disappointed” in Baldoni and felt “forced to choose” between Baldoni and Lively.
