Cindy Crawford and Kaia Gerber brought double the sparkle to the 2025 LACMA Art + Film Gala in Los Angeles on Saturday.
The mother-daughter model duo wore coordinating custom Gucci gowns at the A-list event.
Crawford, 59, dazzled in a gold off-the-shoulder gown dripping with sequins and beads, which appears to be an adaptation of a long-sleeved gown from Gucci’s spring 2026 collection.
Worn by Demi Moore at the short film premiere at Milan Fashion Week in September, this form-fitting design features an elaborate floral design with a dangling beaded fringe that caught the light as the supermodel posed in front of the museum’s iconic Urban Light installation.
Gerber, 24, matched her mother’s glamorous energy in a custom-made cherry red sequined dress with a plunging neckline. The young model’s soft brunette waves, created by hairstylist Bryce Scarlett, reflected her mother’s classic style.
“🍒 Hottest date with @gucci @lacma,” Gerber captioned the evening’s Instagram merry-go-round, revealing she was thrilled to have her famous supermodel mom by her side.
The appearance represents another charming mother-daughter moment for the pair, who have walked the runway together and appeared in campaigns side by side. Crawford appeared alongside Gerber at Versace’s spring 2018 show, famously passing the modeling torch to her mini-me during the show’s first season.
The annual LACMA Gala, co-chaired by Leonardo DiCaprio and Eva Chow for the 14th consecutive year, honored filmmaker Ryan Coogler and artist Mary Corse.
The star-studded event raised a record $6.5 million for the museum’s film efforts.
The gala was hosted by Gucci, with new artistic director Demna in attendance, along with Gucci’s president and CEO Francesca Berrettini.
The brand’s presence was felt throughout the night, with Elle Fanning, Tessa Thompson, Angela Bassett and Salma Hayek all wearing custom Gucci pieces.
The night ended with a performance by Doja Cat, who also wore Gucci on set.
Insider sources at the event told Page Six that celebrities were glued to their phones all night watching the dramatic final game of the World Series.
While the Dodgers were playing the Blue Jays, “everyone was cheering and some in the room thought it was because there was food coming out, but the Dodgers scored!” the official said.
