Nina Dobrev seemingly mocked her breakup with Shaun White by donning a Bride of Chucky costume for Halloween 2025.
The “Vampire Diaries” alum took to Instagram on Friday to show off her creepy look as Tiffany Valentine, serial killer doll Chucky’s ex-lover and accomplice.
In the snap, Dobrev channeled Tiffany in a white dress, black leather jacket, black cobweb-covered tights, and black patent leather boots.
The “Originals” actress also sported a blonde wig with dark roots.
She even got a fake chest tattoo of Chucky’s name over a heart piercing, just like Tiffany got in the 1998 horror movie.
Many fans took to Dobrev’s Instagram comments section to say they believed her outfit was a shade to her ex-fiancé White, who reads her hair the same way she does Chucky.
“I was happy to see Nina found another role for Chucky instead of the red-haired guy she originally planned. Savage that she went for it anyway and just had a better costume partner 🔥❤️👏 Let’s go, girl!” one user wrote.
“I’ll never forget how funny and amazing this costume is. Get it, girls!” added another.
“Charaade. Hahahahaha🖤🖤🖤,” a third person commented.
“Ok, I understand the reference. Just keep going 😂,” said a fourth user.
Page Six reached out to White for comment, but he did not immediately respond.
In September, news broke that Dobrev, 36, and former professional snowboarder, 39, had called off their engagement after five years of dating.
“This was a mutual decision, and while it was not an easy one, it was made with love and deep respect for each other,” a source told People at the time.
A source told the Daily Mail that the reason the pair split was because of different priorities. White wanted to start a family, while Dobrev was focused on her career.
“He was preparing to become a father and wanted that life,” the source claimed. “They had the same ideals and wanted to enjoy the same journey, but they were understandably unable to unite towards a common goal, which put a strain on their relationship.”
After their breakup, the former Degrassi The Next Generation actress was spotted flirting with longtime friend Zac Efron while vacationing on a yacht with friends.
However, Dobrev denied rumors that she and the 38-year-old High School Musical actor were more than friends.
