Jamie Lee Curtis is all of us.
The 66-year-old actress stopped to admire Sidney Sweeney’s see-through dress on the red carpet at Variety’s Power of Women LA event on Wednesday.
In the video obtained by Entertainment Tonight, Curtis points to the blonde bombshell, looks her up and down in awe, then asks for a big hug.
“Hello!” Sweeney, 28, said excitedly as she hugged Curtis.
Later, the two posed for a photo together, during which Curtis held Sweeney tightly and whispered something in his ear, making Sweeney laugh.
The “Euphoria” star, who was recognized as one of this year’s honorees, left little to the imagination in a sparkling silver floor-length dress.
Curtis said he sympathizes with Sweeney’s attention to appearance, as he became known as “The Body” in the 1980s.
In a 2010 CBS News interview, Curtis was asked if he liked that nickname.
“No, no. I don’t think anyone likes to be known for their outward appearance,” she replied.
“I don’t believe it. I don’t think any woman wants to be known for being beautiful or having big breasts. I think you want to be known for who you are.”
Fellow former sex symbol Sharon Stone has a different take.
“It’s okay to use what mommy gave me. It’s really okay. Look, it’s hard when it’s hot and I think we all know that,” the 67-year-old actress said in a red carpet interview at Wednesday’s event.
“And it’s really okay to try anything with all the enthusiasm that I have here right now.”
Stone continued, “Because everyone has their own charm, their own charm, and you should go for it. Because you know who isn’t beautiful? Who you are is not an accident.”
The “Basic Instinct” star said Sweeney “understands himself,” is “comfortable,” and “centered and safe within himself.”
