Page Six has learned that Yolanda Hadid has unloaded her expansive lavender farm in Pennsylvania and purchased another multi-million dollar property nearby.
But locals are surprised by what she’s been doing with the new place since she bought it.
Hadid listed her New Hope equestrian estate in late September, and sources say it has already received offers of nearly $11 million.
Meanwhile, sources say the former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star has snapped up a new $4 million mansion in an area close to her model daughter Gigi Hadid and granddaughter Kai.
But despite the house’s meticulous luxury renovation by acclaimed interior designer Timothy Summers Bailey (a key selling point on the listing), Hadid wasted no time in tearing it down.
“Despite the amount of work and money that went into this finished designer home, she wasted no time in completely destroying the place,” one outraged neighbor said. “She has had every contractor and subcontractor tear down floors, lights and equipment.”
There is one advantage.
“People drive by and pick up unused designer bits and pieces in her trash can,” the spy says. “It’s a small town. People are talking.”
The listing for the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom property says it has undergone a “stunning renovation by acclaimed interior designer Timothy Summers Bailey,” transforming it into a “sanctuary of sophistication and tranquility.”
“Timeless design and a commitment to premium materials are reflected in every corner of this property, blending old-world elegance with modern luxury,” the property listing states. “Rich ash flooring flows seamlessly throughout, and expansive windows and doors installed in 2023 illuminate the interior with bright natural light, amplifying the home’s peaceful atmosphere.”
The house also featured Carrara mosaic tiles, custom white oak cabinetry, and carefully selected light fixtures, some of which I heard ended up in the trash.
In December 2023, Page Six exclusively reported that Gigi’s boyfriend, Bradley Cooper, purchased a $6.5 million home on 33 acres of land in the area.
Gigi’s former One Direction star Zayn Malik also lives on a nearby farm, where he grows cherries, tomatoes and cucumbers.
