According to police reports obtained by people at the time, the former reality star was stopped at the Goose Creek Police Station (GCPD) in South Carolina shortly after 10pm local time on May 20, 2024.
One responding officer told a colleague that Dennis “probably has a disability” when he stopped her, while another officer wrote in the report that he “has shiny eyes and the smell of alcohol from her.” She was later arrested for driving under the influence.

This is not the first time a television personality has brushed it down to law in recent years.
In October 2023, the vehicle registered in Dennis’ name was involved in the alleged hit and run incident in South Carolina, people confirmed at the time.
The SUV attacked the school’s resource officer, who oversees South Carolina Highway Patrol’s Lance Corporal Nick Pie in front of Whiteville Elementary School.
The injured officer was seen by a doctor on the scene.
The vehicle “did not stop at the scene of the collision” was later found at Dennis’ address.
Sources said the South Carolina Highway Patrol did not confirm who was driving the car, but the star, who confirmed his departure from the Bravo Show after eight seasons in January 2023, told people he was involved in the alleged incident.
