“90 Day Fiancé” star Armando Rubio broke down in tears on social media as he continued to worry about his daughter Hannah amid an ongoing medical emergency.
“I miss my baby girl so much,” she tearfully shared in an Instagram video on Thursday, updating her followers on Hannah’s condition.
“I don’t want to lose her. Everyone please keep her in your thoughts and prayers,” he continued, thanking fans and the community for showing support and donating to the family’s GoFundMe campaign to help pay for Hannah’s medical bills.
He added, “Even though I couldn’t be with her, you all were like angels through this situation and made it a little easier.”
In a video released Thursday, Rubio said he spoke with her husband, Kenny Niedermayer, who is staying with Rubio’s mother and Hannah at the hospital in Phoenix, Arizona, where Hannah is currently being treated, and was told that the latest MRI scans “did not give us any answers” as to the cause of her condition.
Rubio said the next step would involve entering Hannah through her neck and resting her for “one to eight hours,” but said he hoped doctors would be provided with more information about the cause of her problems.
“So it’s definitely scary,” he said. “I’m scared to hear that, and I’m scared to hear the neck part.”
Rubio opened up for the first time about Hannah’s health issues on Tuesday, saying she complained of not feeling well when she noticed that her face was “sagging” and half of her body was “weak.”

Hanna was ultimately taken by ambulance from her small town in Mexico, where there was no proper testing equipment, to a medical facility in Arizona, and then airlifted to the state capital.
Doctors eventually told the reality star that the 13-year-old boy was suffering from a brain hemorrhage.
Later that week, Rubio shared follow-up news that things weren’t much better for Hanna.
“As I write this, doctors are continuing to do more extensive scans,” the reality star told her Instagram followers on Thursday.
“Neurologists are still investigating what happened to Hannah,” he added. “We hope to have the results of today’s scan tomorrow. If we still don’t have an answer, the medical team will move forward with a more invasive procedure within the next day or two.”
“We remain hopeful and believe that each test brings us one step closer to understanding what is going on,” Rubio continued, adding that the wait and anxiety his family experienced was “incredibly difficult.”
Despite the TLC personality’s attempts to cross the border to be by his daughter’s side, Rubio remains in Mexico while his teenage son receives treatment in the United States.
Rubio told Page Six that he was turned away at the border and forced to remain in Mexico after his request for humanitarian parole was denied and a U.S. Customs and Border Protection supervisor told him he would not be eligible for parole until 2025.
“Every parent wants to be at their child’s bedside when they’re sick, but not being able to hold their child’s hand or comfort them is the hardest thing I’ve ever experienced,” he told Us on Wednesday.
Rubio added, “I’m doing everything in my power to reunite with her because more than anything she needs her daddy and I need to be with my little girl.”
