Milania Giudice appeared to laugh off her May 14 domestic violence arrest, as seen in newly released police dashcam footage.
The video, obtained exclusively by Page Six from the Montville Police Department on Friday, shows officers placing a handcuffed Judith into the back seat of a police car.
The 20-year-old appears to be laughing and talking while the officer fastens her seatbelt. Judith then looked towards the open door and let out a laugh, then turned and faced forward with a smile.
Dashcam footage from another police car shows activity outside the New Jersey home of mother Teresa Giudice and stepfather Luis “Louis” Ruelas, where the incident occurred, but the footage was heavily edited.
Milania appeared to sit quietly during the ride to Montville Township Police Headquarters, where she was arrested on suspicion of simple assault and released pending her next court appearance.
She pleaded not guilty.
A police report on the incident said Milania was “throwing food (and) candles” during a “domestic violence dispute” at Teresa and Ruelas’ residence.
At Tuesday’s arraignment, the judge argued that Milania “…intentionally caused injury to another person during a domestic dispute in violation of the disorderly persons offense by hitting the victim, LR, in the head with his fist, causing the victim’s middle forehead to turn red.”
According to police, Teresa’s other daughter, Gabriela Giudice, identified as the “caller,” called 911 just before 6:15 p.m. to report that her sister was acting strange.
The report also said no weapons were used and no injuries were reported.
At Milania’s arraignment, the judge ordered him to return to court for a hearing in August and advised him that if convicted, he could face up to six months in prison, probation, and a fine of more than $500.
Although she has not publicly addressed the dashcam footage, arraignment revelations, or police report, the University of Tampa student broke her silence regarding the arrest in a June 29 TikTok.
At the beginning of the video, she blasted a fake photo of herself circulating online, claiming it was “AI.”
“I was blown away by the photo. It looked like fire. I’m not proud of it, but I’m convinced of it,” Milania boasted, mocking those who believed it was “real.”
She continued, “That’s the way it is. Things like this don’t happen in life. That’s the way it is. You have to learn from it and become a better person and talk about it.”
Milania explained that at the time of the incident, she was “not in a good place in (her) life.”
“That’s how it is. I’ve been through a lot in my life and other things have happened to me,” she told her followers. “You guys think you know everything that’s going to happen in my life, but you actually don’t know anything.”
Teresa, 54, has four daughters, Milania, Gabriella, 21, Gia Giudice, 25, and Audriana Giudice, 16, with her first husband Joe Giudice.
The exes were married from October 1999 to September 2020 and divorced after each served prison time for federal fraud.
The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star married Ruelas, 52, in August 2022.
The digital marketing entrepreneur has two sons, Nicholas Ruelas (25) and Louis Ruelas Jr. (22), with his first wife Marisa DiMartino.
