It’s the gift that keeps on giving.
West Wilson made a major bombshell about the timeline of his and Amanda Batula’s relationship in a preview for “Summer House: The Aftermath,” a surprise bonus episode of the Bravo show that airs next week.
During a conversation between Wilson and Batula’s estranged husband Kyle Cook, the sports journalist admitted that he has loved her “for a very long time.”
“Do you love her?” Cook asked Wilson during an emotional three-hour sit-down weeks after the reunion ended.
“Do you want to be completely honest today, even if it might hurt?” Mr. Wilson warned, and Mr. Cook replied that he wanted to know everything.
While Cook was clearly uncomfortable, Wilson confessed, “I really love her and have for a very long time.”
The trailer for the bonus episode, which first aired at the end of Part 3 of the reunion, also shows a tough conversation between Batula and Lindsay Hubbard, in which the latter tells Batula that she “should feel stupid” for entering into a relationship with Wilson and that he “must break up.”
Ciara Miller and Meija Moreno also had a conversation, but it was more light-hearted as the two women, who previously dated Wilson, became friends and seemed to bond over a shared experience.
“He was too slow to unite us,” Moreno joked as he raised his glass.
Batula and Wilson’s secret relationship was at the forefront of questions throughout the “Summer House” Season 10 reunion.
The pair finally opened up about their romance in March after weeks of speculation.
They hid it from the entire “Summer House” crew, including Miller, who is a close friend of Cooke and Batula and was romantically involved with Wilson in 2023 and this summer.
Although Batula and Wilson claimed that their “relationship” began in February and did not overlap with her marriage or other relationships, the castmates poked some holes in the timeline of their relationship through the reunion.
Miller said she saw the two hanging out on January 17, two days before Batula broke up with Cook.
She also revealed that Wilson carried on a secret relationship with Moreno while he began dating Batula.
Batula and Cooke also spoke in emotional detail about the breakup of their relationship and the “nail in the coffin” that ended their marriage.
During the reunion, the Loverboy founder claimed that Mr. Batula had “forced” him to release a Jan. 19 statement announcing their separation before telling his family.
After rewatching Season 10, he said, it was clear that Batula had “no intention of continuing to put effort” into their marriage.
Miller brutally rejected Batura’s apology for his betrayal in Part 3, and the group still appeared to be divided as the reunion came to an end.
“Summer House: The Aftermath” airs June 16th at 8pm ET on Bravo.
