Will Robinson, the father of Tom Sandoval’s ex-girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson, filed for a restraining order against the former Bravo star after footage surfaced of Sandoval apparently pushing him into a lit bonfire.
Sandoval is now facing a request for a civil harassment restraining order from Victoria’s father, according to documents seen by Page Six Friday, a day after his request to be immediately evicted from his Los Angeles rental home was granted on Thursday.
The alleged brawl between Victoria, Will, and the Vanderpump Rules alum on June 3 was detailed in Will’s filing, which alleges that during a “confrontational altercation” at Sandoval’s residence, Sandoval “overpowered his daughter” and then “pushed her backwards into a “lava rock” fire pit on the deck, causing serious injuries.
Will also claimed that the reality TV star then re-entered the home where Victoria and her father lived and “started talking about him having a gun.”
Victoria’s father also said he suffered a broken thumb, broken elbow, ruptured disc and a torn heel.
Will also claimed in the filing that after the alleged rift, Sandoval visited his home and “forced (Will) to call the police” and “caused trouble.”
Victoria’s father said the alleged June 3 altercation was “the fifth time, to my knowledge, that he has been violent during a confrontation with my daughter,” adding: “This time I was assaulted by him and injured.”
Will also claimed he needed the restraining order “to keep[Sandoval]away from me and my daughter’s home.”
He is asking that Sandoval be ordered to stay at least 100 feet away from him, his daughter, his home and his car.
Representatives for Victoria and her father could not immediately be reached by Page Six on Friday, and representatives for Sandoval did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
A video released via Reddit on Friday showed an apparent altercation between the three rivals. In the clip, an upset Sandoval asks Victoria, “Are you recording me now?” before Will intervenes. before trying to snatch her phone.
As Will tries to intervene, Sandoval shoves him into a lit fireplace behind him and appears to run into the house.
Will follows Sandoval into the house and soon hears a crash coming from the house. Then Victoria stormed into the house screaming “No!”
Later, Victoria’s father could be heard shouting, “She threw me into the fire. I’m going to get her, you motherfucker.”
According to TMZ, which first published the video, the video was filmed on June 3rd. The outlet also first reported on Thursday that Victoria was arrested on the same day for an alleged altercation.
Victoria was arrested for domestic violence and released on bail the same day. She was also given a temporary restraining order at the time.
In documents obtained by Page Six, Sandoval, 43, claims that an argument broke out on June 3, during which she took refuge in a spare bedroom and that Will followed her and punched a hole in the wall.
He claimed Victoria punched him, leaving blood on his ears and neck, and that the impact caused his vision to become blurred.
“The most recent physical incident occurred on June 3, when (she) punched me in the face, causing injuries to my neck and ear,” Sandoval wrote in the document.
“During the same incident, Mr. Robinson grabbed me and cut an approximately 12-inch hole in the door of the spare bedroom where I had barricaded myself,” he continued.
“As a result of[Robinson’s]punching me that night, I suffered bruising to my temple and between my eyebrows, and bleeding from my ears and neck,” Sandoval said, adding that he “went to the ER to be evaluated” because of continued pain in his mouth.
The “traitor” alum also received a phone call from Victoria’s mother from prison and said he “deeply regrets” allegedly lending her bail money.
Documents obtained by Page Six on Thursday revealed that the reality star’s request to be evicted from her home “immediately” and to remain 100 meters away from her workplace, home and car was subsequently granted.
We have exclusively confirmed that the dual temporary restraining orders will expire on July 16, when another restraining order hearing is scheduled.
Page Six also confirmed yesterday that the former couple broke up amidst the drama after Sandoval checked a box identifying Victoria as his “ex-girlfriend” on temporary restraining order documents.
