Angelina Pivarnick turned down an olive branch from Jenni “JWoww” Farley after her Jersey Shore co-star rejected her surprise wedding earlier this week.
“She’s angry,” a source close to Pivarnick told Page Six. “She’s been working with me for years.”
Sources say Farley invited her co-stars to a post-wedding pool party on Thursday, but Pivarnick declined the invitation.
“She didn’t go,” the source said. “She’s upset. She’s focused on celebrating her 40th birthday this weekend with close friends.” The MTV star celebrates her milestone birthday with a private dinner at Kyma Flatiron.
Representatives for Pivarnick and Farley did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
“I think so,” Farley, 41, told longtime boyfriend Zach Carpinello, 31, at Madison Modern Social in Old Bridge, New Jersey, on Wednesday.
Fifty guests attended the wedding, including Jersey Shore co-star Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, Deena Nicole Cortese and her husband Chris Buckner, Sammy “Sweetheart” Giancola and her husband Justin May, and Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino and his wife Lauren.
Cast member Ronnie Ortiz-Magro was also removed from the wedding, and Paul “Pauly D” DelVecchio and Vinny Guadagnino were also invited but did not attend.
The guests were originally invited to a screening of her new film, Nanny Come, but they learn that the film’s premiere was actually a surprise wedding.
Farley told PEOPLE of the “intimate” guest list, “We weren’t interested in having the grandest wedding possible. We wanted unforgettable moments to share with our closest family and friends. The goal was to create memories, not stage production.”
TMZ reported that Pivarnick and Ortiz-Magro, both 40, were “dazzled” and “extremely upset and hurt.”
Farley then turned to social media to address the disrespect in her TikTok video, saying she was “now caught up in retweets and tabloids about who was invited and who wasn’t.”
“If you were real friends and family, none of this would be public right now. You would have come to me. But you can’t come to me because you can’t be a victim of your own false narrative.”
This isn’t the first time Farley and Pivarnick, who was married to Roger Matthews from 2015 to 2019, have fallen out over wedding drama.
At the 2019 wedding of Pivarnick and Chris Larangira, Farley, who served as a bridesmaid, insulted her along with Polizzi and Cortese during a speech.
The incident was broadcast on “Jersey Shore: Family Vacation.” The two continued filming together until the final episode of the show in May.
