Tom Brady will go social in the upcoming series. His Shadow Lion-produced single is behind “Chasers,” which has been dubbed “the world’s first trading card trivia format.” Brady will appear in the premiere episode, which will be released May 20 on YouTube.
On Chasers, hosted by Kevin Bonner, celebrity guests ask insightful questions to identify the four cards and dig deeper into how they are related.
Here’s a description of the digital series: “In each episode, a different celebrity guest answers trivia questions to try to identify a card that is related to their life in some way. It could be someone from their hometown, a player who shares a record, or simply an unknown obsession or skill. Each card starts a new topic, and a correct answer will reveal a card to win the guess in the final round.”
This representative is Shadow Lion’s first social show. “Chasers” will be available on YouTube biweekly starting May 20th. After the first premiere, a 90-second cutdown of the episode will appear on Instagram and TikTok.
Brady said the series was partially inspired by his lifelong collecting hobby and the growth of his “CardVault by Tom Brady” business.
“My team at Shadow Lion launching ‘Chasers’ is the perfect way to continue the momentum,” Brady said in a statement. “There’s a lot to love about this hobby, and this show allows you to meet people where they are. At the end of the day, I love seeing all my friends working together on the same trajectory.”
Brady is an executive producer on “The Chasers” along with Bonner, Gilad Haas and Philip Byron. Directed by Ethan Byrne.
Bonner is the voice of Brady’s “Last Week With Tom” series on YouTube, which the company says has garnered more than 500 million impressions since its launch in 2025. He has been working with Mr. Brady for more than 10 years.
“Working with Gilad, Ethan, and the team at Shadow Lion on The Chaser was one of the most fun projects I’ve ever worked on, and I hope that’s what you’ll see when you watch it,” Bonner said in a statement. “Cards and collectibles are selling, but people often don’t know where to start. ‘Chasers,’ the original homegrown Shadow Lion social show, starts with great conversation and is an open door to invite people of all ages into the space.”
Brady launched the Shadow Lions in 2017 with Bonner, Haas, Jeff Fine and manager Ben Rawitz. Byron, a former Spring Hill executive, joined the company late last year to expand Shadow Lion into film, scripted, documentary, unscripted digital and live programming.
Shadow Lion’s current work includes Fox Sports’ untitled Michigan football documentary series “All In: IndyCar,” “Sundae Conversation with Caleb Pressley” and “Pound4Pound with Kamaru Usman and Henry Cejudo.” The company also has unscripted projects in the works at Amazon and Peacock, and its creative studio has collaborated with brands such as Pepsi, the NFL, Hearts, Hasbro, Under Armor and Meta.
