Criminal charges against Lisa Hochstein and her ex-girlfriend Jody Glidden will be dropped.
Page Six has learned that the Real Housewives of Miami star and Glidden have “reached an agreement with prosecutors” after they were indicted on one count each of wiretapping, oral and electronic communication interception.
Their attorneys, Jayne Weintraub and Howard Srebnick, told us on Tuesday that “all charges” against them “will be dismissed in mid-June (with) no admission of guilt or guilt.”
According to court documents first obtained by NBC 6 South Florida, Hochstein and Glidden accepted the Pretrial Diversion Program (PTD), an alternative to prosecution offered by the Miami-Dade County State’s Attorney’s Office to “offenders with non-violent criminal records.”
The program offers these people the opportunity to “make significant changes in their lives so that they can avoid further involvement with the criminal justice system.”
If they “meet all conditions and remain unarrested while participating, the State Attorney’s Office will drop the charges.”
Hochstein and Glidden, whose controversial divorce from Dr. Renee Hochstein was finalized in November 2024, were charged on two separate occasions in March 2023 with “unlawfully and intentionally” intercepting, attempting to intercept, or attempting to cause someone to intercept “oral statements” of Renee and people with whom he “spoke.”
Glidden, 52, was arrested and taken into custody last month, but was quickly released. Lisa was able to turn herself in a few days later.
After posing for mugshots and posting $5,000 bail, the 43-year-old left Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center for dinner and margaritas.
In May 2023, while Lisa was dating Glidden and Renee was dating Katarina Mazepa, the plastic surgeon accused his then-estranged wife of planting a “tap device” in his car to “monitor” their phone calls.
Renee, 59, who has two children with Lisa, claimed in court documents that he installed “at least one” device to “access and monitor private and non-public communications related to this litigation,” which “undermined the integrity” of the divorce process.
Bravolebrity denied her then-estranged husband’s “fake” claims and accused him and Mazepa of “lies” that “torn our home and family apart”.
Lisa has consistently claimed that the much younger model was Renee’s mistress, but both have consistently denied the claims.
“RHOM” is not currently filming as the Bravo reality show is on “pause.”
