Tiger Woods has returned to a rehab facility in Switzerland after a short trip to the United States to reunite with his girlfriend Vanessa Trump, who was recently diagnosed with breast cancer.
“Tiger should be part of the planned program for a little while longer. He is doing well and moving toward a healthier future,” a source told People on Tuesday.
The source added that the five-time Masters Tournament champion returned home “to run some errands, support his girlfriend Vanessa with her health issues, and to be here for her golfer daughter Kai’s high school graduation.”
“He’s a family man and nothing has changed,” the source continued, adding that Woods and Trump “are a solid couple who have been there for each other.”
“They love each other and offering help when needed is an important part of their relationship. Vanessa is a naturally strong woman, but this has made them stronger,” the source said.
Page Six’s sources agreed, saying Woods, 50, “is taking his treatment seriously and is focused on doing whatever it takes to continue the rehabilitation process.”
Officials added that he is “doing well and receiving support from his loved ones.”
Page Six has reached out to Woods’ attorney for comment.
The news comes shortly after it was reported that the professional golfer’s private plane was being tracked as he returned to Switzerland on Sunday.
Woods had been in a rehab facility in Switzerland after being arrested for drunk driving on March 27. He left the United States on April 3 and returned to Florida on May 13, when he was seen getting off a plane at Palm Beach International Airport.
President Trump, who has been publicly dating Woods since March 2025, announced on Instagram last week that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer.
“I remain focused and hopeful, surrounded by the love and support of my family, my children, and those closest to me,” she shared at the time, revealing that she underwent surgery earlier that week.
Trump, 48, remained by her boyfriend’s side as the golfer continued to wait for the case to unfold in court. Just last month, sources told Page Six that Vanessa has no plans to leave Woods.
“He seems like the hottest bachelor in Palm Beach,” a source said, adding, “He’s the biggest golfer in the world and a billionaire. There aren’t that many options.”
