“Real Housewives of Miami” star Lisa Hochstein and her ex-boyfriend Jodie Glidden have been charged with criminal charges.
Glidden was arrested last month and faces one count of interception of wire, oral and electronic communications, according to court documents obtained by Page Six.
Hochstein faces similar charges.
“This matter is part of a contentious divorce proceeding and does not belong in criminal court,” Hochstein’s attorney Jayne Weintraub and Glidden’s attorneys Howard Srebnick and Frank Gaviria told Page Six.

The documents allege that from March 12, 2023 to March 31, 2023, the pair “unlawfully and intentionally” intercepted, attempted to intercept, or caused someone else to intercept “oral statements made by Lisa’s ex-husband, Leonard ‘Lenny’ Hochstein, and what was said by Lennie.”
Renee filed for divorce from Lisa in May 2022 after 12 years of marriage, sparking a messy legal battle between the former lovers.
Shortly after announcing their divorce, Lenny started a new relationship with model Katarina Mazepa. However, he denied that their relationship influenced his decision to break up with Lisa.
In March 2023, the Bravolebrity admitted that she was dating Glidden amid divorce proceedings after the two were spotted together several times.
That same month, Page Six exclusively reported that Renee accused Lisa of planting a “tapping device” in her car to “monitor” his phone calls.
In court documents, he claimed that she installed “at least one” device to “access and monitor his personal and non-public communications related to this litigation,” which “undermined the integrity” of the ongoing divorce battle.
Lisa denied Renee’s “nonsense” claims to Page Six at the time.
After two years of legal battles, the reality star and the plastic surgeon finalized their divorce in November 2024.
Under the agreement, Renee was ordered to pay Lisa $15,000 a month in child support for her two children, son Logan, 10, and daughter Elle, 5.
Once Logan turns 18, Lenny will start paying $10,000 a month for Elle. Rennie also asked the judge to “share time frequently” with the children and promised to “meet all of their needs.”
After three years of dating, Lisa appeared to confirm their breakup with Glidden in February with a sponsored Instagram post showing movers removing belongings from the apartment they shared.
“My life has been so busy these past few months, with so many changes and emotions, but the one thing that hasn’t been stressful at all is my recent move, thanks to @goodgreekmoving,” she cryptically captioned the video.
