After a week-long delay, the new addition to the “Real Housewives” universe will air tonight.
Inspired by the 2004 ABC reality series “Wife Swap,” the new series “Wife Swap: Real Housewives” follows one “Real Housewife” as she swaps lives with her local Real Housewives. They trade their everyday comforts and luxuries for a very different life with a new family.
The show was originally scheduled to premiere last week, but after The Real Housewives of Potomac star Wendy Osefo was arrested on October 10, Bravo canceled the first episode starring Osefo.
The series begins tonight with “RHOSLC” favorite Angie Katsanevas.

Angie Katsanevas from RHOSLC appears in episode 1. She ends up exchanging lives with “Lindsay Flake, an off-the-grid homesteader and former Mormon whose family lives without electricity, water, or rules.”
RHONJ’s Melissa Gorga headlines episode two, swapping households with “disorganized vegan and Double Dutch enthusiast Michelle Clarke.”
Episode 3 will see RHOC star Emily Simpson go from a “modern marriage with her do-it-all father, Shane, to an old-fashioned marriage with her hands-off father, Eric Svensson,” while Svensson’s wife, Kaylee, “experiences a new, laid-back life on OC.”
In the Season 1 finale, RHOP’s Wendy Osefo “swaps her life with Alecia Shapiro, a free spirit from Florida who prioritizes fun, independence (and) has no rules at all.”
