They’re back!
We hear the former “Real Housewives of New York” members are trying to make a deal again, trying to steal the spotlight by tricking Ramona Singer in front of the cameras in Palm Beach, Florida.
Singer, Luann de Lesseps, Dorinda Medley and Kelly Bensimon were spotted filming a new reality show, The Golden Life, at Wellington’s Gay Polo League on Saturday, and I heard Singer’s bossy attitude left onlookers stunned.
The women were asked to sing the national anthem at the event, and at that moment the “pushy” singer became furious, sources told Page Six.
“She wouldn’t let anyone take the microphone! Luann wanted to sing and she literally pushed her away. It was so uncomfortable,” the source said. “Luann should have been the star. She’s a cabaret singer,” they added.
The singer is the true “snowbird” of the group, splitting his time between Palm Beach, New York City, and the Hamptons. Sources say her New York crew were just visitors, and she’s apparently adopted a very sketchy new persona as a “philanthropic Palm Beach socialite” from Florida.
One source said her behavior was reminiscent of de Lesseps’ etiquette lessons on early seasons of “The Real Housewife of New York City.” “She’s like the queen of etiquette until the mask comes off,” they said.
Since Page Six broke the news that they had signed with Company E, the girls have been spotted filming all over the Sunshine State. For a new show in January.
Original “RHONY” star Jill Zarin was originally attached to the project, but was quickly fired after making controversial comments about Super Bowl halftime show performer Bad Bunny.
Sonya Morgan rounds out the cast. Singer did not respond to a request for comment.
