Pete Davidson shows off nearly bare arm in Las Vegas after spending $200,000 on tattoo removal

The King of Staten Island is making a new appearance.

Pete Davidson attended CinemaCon in Las Vegas on Wednesday with a nearly bare arm after spending $200,000 to have his tattoo removed.

The stand-up comic, who wore a red T-shirt, previously had his arms covered by sleeves of ink.

Davidson has made significant progress in removing more than 200 tattoos, although the outlines of some previous tattoos remain faded.

The “Bodies, Bodies,” actor has been working hard to get rid of his ink since 2020.

In a 2021 interview on Late Night with Seth Meyers, Davidson talked about how his tattoos influenced his acting career.

“For some reason, people in movies don’t have a lot of ink,” he said, noting that it can sometimes take “three hours” in the makeup chair to cover all the ink.

Last month, the “SNL” alum gave an update on how the process was progressing.

At the time, Davidson told Page Six that the ink removal from the arms was nearly complete and they had begun “work on the torso.”

“It’s horrible,” he confessed about the process. “Once you burn off your skin, you have to do it 10 more times. If you can invest in any business, I think you should invest in a tattoo removal business.”

To kill time, the comedian said, “I’m kind of happy when they just put me to bed, but if it’s just about my arm, I try to listen to the nurses and talk to them.”

The “King of Staten Island” star (pictured without ink in an IG shot) also called the tattoo removal process “horrible.”
“I have to do it 10 more times because it burns the skin,” explained one child’s father, who is pictured on social media. “If you can invest in any business, I think you should invest in a tattoo removal business.”

In January 2025, Davidson said during an appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” that only a few tattoos would remain.

“Maybe two or three times,” he said, even though he’s “trying to get back to a clean slate.”

Davidson added that the process felt “worst” than getting inked from scratch.

On the late night talk show, Davidson also addressed why he felt the need to get so many tattoos.

The “Bap Kiss” alum (pictured in 2018) said he didn’t know why he got so much ink in the first place, adding, “I was a sad boy. … It was a strange time.” GC images

The “Guy Code” alum explained, “I was a sad boy. … It was a strange time. I don’t know.”

“About five years ago, everyone had tattoos, remember?” he mused.

Some of Davidson’s inks have made headlines over the years, including portraits of Hillary Clinton and the late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

The Wild ‘N Out star also had tributes to his then-girlfriends Kim Kardashian, Kazzy David and Ariana Grande tattooed on his body.

In December, Davidson showed off his progress while cradling his new daughter Scottie (pictured) with Elsie Hewitt.

It’s no exaggeration to say that the once-flaming tattoos will fade, but Clinton remains.

“What was cute was when I asked her to take her shoes off, she hit me and said, ‘You’re not taking mine off, are you?'” Davidson recalled during an appearance on “The Breakfast Club” in August. “I thought, ‘Of course not, of course. Hillary will stay.'”

“She loves it,” he exclaimed.

In December of this year, Davidson showed off his improved arms and chest after his girlfriend Elsie Hewitt shared a photo of him holding their newborn daughter Scottie.

“My best friend 🩷🩷🩷,” the model captioned a sweet photo of Davidson, which showed almost her bare chest.
