Eagle-eyed fans noticed alleged killer Nick Reiner in the background of one of Cynthia Bailey’s photos.
In May, the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star took to Instagram to wish ex Leon Robinson a happy 64th birthday.
Bailey, 59, shared a throwback image of his daughter Noel Robinson hugging the Five Heartbeats actor while out to eat.
Several fans took to the comments section to point out the fact that Reiner could be seen in the top right of the photo at a nearby table.
“So you guys are going to act like Rob Reiners’ son isn’t in the background?! Oh, I get it,” one user wrote.
“Is that Nick Reiner in the back?” asked another.
“Is that Rob Reiners son in the back 😶,” a third netizen commented.
On Reddit, fans said it was “horrifying” to see Nick, who was charged with murdering his parents, Rob and Michelle Reiner, last December.
“I think it’s horrifying that he became a murderer,” one user claimed. “It may seem horrifying to think that the man behind them chose to kill their parents in a violent knife attack.”
It is unknown when the image was taken.
Page Six reached out to Bailey for comment, but he did not immediately respond.
Last December, Michelle and Rob were found stabbed to death in their home in Brentwood, California. He was 78 years old and she was 70.
The director and his wife’s death certificate states that they died within “minutes” of “multiple sharp force injuries” caused by “another person’s knife.”
Nick, who had been diagnosed with schizophrenia before the killing, was arrested and charged with two counts of first-degree murder in the deaths. He faces a maximum sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole or the death penalty.
In February, Nick pleaded not guilty to the double murder.
